I turn real problems

I’m Daniel Wang, a USC CSBA student and software developer building websites, applications, and business systems. I like taking ideas from a rough problem to a shipped experience.

About

Building for users and businesses.

I’m interested in the space between code and outcomes: what people need, what a business can actually use, and what makes software worth coming back to.

I study Computer Science & Business Administration at USC Viterbi. Most of my best work has come from building for real constraints: a service business that needs scheduling to work, a scholarship platform serving a large audience, a university team shipping web content, or a local business that needs a clearer path from visitor to customer.

That’s also why entrepreneurship interests me. I enjoy the technical side, but I’m equally drawn to choosing the right problem, talking to users, iterating quickly, and making software useful enough that somebody wants to keep it.

Experience

Experience building and shipping real software.

I’ve gravitated toward roles where the feedback loop is short: build, ship, observe, fix, improve.
